National Lottery Grant
This large grant allowed us to run a variety of workshops during the year in Hunsdon, Hertford, Ware, Bishop’s Stortford & Buntingford
Tesco Blue Coin Grant of £1000 allowed us to run workshops in mental health and Breathwork
Remainder of funding will be used during 2025
Asda Foundation in the Ware store gave us a grant of £750.00 which allowed us to run mental health workshops in Ware, which we were able to extend into December 2024 from funding from class participants
Hertfordshire Activity Programme were able to fund us to run 2 children’s school holiday workshops throughout 2024
Under the new Government we were unable to get funding for Christmas 2024 but were able to self fund workshops at a subsidised price from donations
East Herts Community Fund allowed us to run an 8 week course in Wormley using the full body. Another on Pilates and then a Tone, Stretch & Breathwork throughout East Herts
Self funded workshops from donations included Move, Meditate & Relax in Buntingford, Ware & Hertford
